Here in Greater Des Moines, it's easy to be a kid. Whether your concept of household enjoyable is a skate park, a smash park, an amusement park, or an actual park, Des Moines is the best escape, no matter if you're young or simply young at heart.
Gee, what could be more fun than spring break with the kids? Here's a list of things you can do with the rugrats for totally free, and they're fun, too.
The outside park is totally free to check out every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Kids love this place due to the fact that it was designed for them, and you most likely will too. All irreversible exhibitions are complimentary, but there's an additional charge for the IMAX theater shows and some tourist attractions.

Register here: Bring a jacket and take pleasure in the telescopes and professional assistance at a "Starr Celebration" at Caspers Wilderness Park from 7-9:30 p.m. There will be stargazing devices on hand, but you can also bring your own. Activities take location at the nature center. Free admission, however parking is $5.
Kids can select from a variety of seeds available to take home and grow their own gardens (while products last). How about a scavenger hunt for teens at the Teenager Egg-Venture? Search for clues indoors at the Ronald J. Parks Community Recreation Center at 7 p.m. to win rewards, then take pleasure in a photo booth, games, dodgeball, Karaoke and more up until 9 p.m. 30875 Rancho Vista Roadway, Temecula.

Events begin at 9:30 a.m. and the hunting starts at 10 a.m. sharp. The hunts will be divided by age and there's likewise an unique needs area.
